Apply for a Library Card

Applications for library cards are available at the Check Out Desk, and must be submitted in person. Children under 16 years old must have their parent or guardian with them to apply for a card. Your new library card will be mailed to you. Minnesota residents are issued their first card free. Non-Minnesota residents can purchase a library card for $40.00 per year. All replacement cards are $1.00.

Your library card contains your 13-digit library account number. Your library PIN is the last four numbers of your phone number, and is automatically entered into your account when you apply for your card. You can change your PIN in person at the library if you wish.
